Approval Request Form 

What: 

• Holiday Pop-Up Shop at Plymouth Meeting Mall
• This is a holiday-themed event, we are encouraging you to decorate your table in some way!
• A Santa event will be happening in the morning!

When:

• Saturday, November 20th from 10:00am - 8:00pm  
• Sunday, November 21st from 11:00am - 6:00pm

Where: 

• You will be located throughout the walkways of the mall where you will receive tremendous foot traffic. 
• The address is 500 W Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462

Set-Up Time

• 8:30am for Saturday
• 9:30am for Sunday

Mandatory Items You Must Bring

• 6 ft. Table
• Table Cover that reaches the floor
• Chairs

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will there be Wi-fi?- Yes, however it can be spotty.
2. Will there be Outlets? - Very Limited, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
3. Can we bring a 2nd table? - Yes, however it must be perpendicular to the 1st table.
4. Can we bring promotional items? - Yes, you may bring retractable banners, clothing rack, etc. 
5. Can we leave equipment overnight? - You may, however we do not recommend. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
6. Can we pick our table locations - Table locations are picked by the Colorful Desires team to spread out vendors with like-products as best as possible
