• Friday, February 4th from 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Saturday, February 5th from 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Sunday, February 6th from 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Where:

• Vendor locations will be near H&M
• The address is 11500 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23235

Set-Up Time

• 9:30am for Friday
• 9:30am for Saturday
• 10:30am for Sunday

Mandatory Items You Must Bring

• Table Cover that reaches the floor
• Chairs

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will a table be provided? - Yes, one 6-foot table will be provided to each vendor.
2. Will there be Wi-fi?- Yes, however it can be spotty.
3. Will there be Outlets? - Very Limited, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
4. Can we bring a 2nd table? - Yes, however it must be perpendicular to the 1st table.
5. Can we bring promotional items? - Banners, signs, clothing racks etc. will be allowed, however these items must stay within the 10' x 10' area.
6. Can we leave equipment overnight? - You may, however we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
7. Can we pick our table locations - Table locations are picked by the Colorful Desires team to spread out vendors with like-products as best as possible.

Event Refund Policy: Colorful Desires will only issue refunds if the event is cancelled or posponed. Refunds may take up to 30 business days for the process to be completed.
